ReplyDeleteThis portable platform fitness machine was much bigger and bulky then I ever imagined. It will hold up to 264 lbs, so reckon I'm safe to use it. I leave it plugged in by my recliner and use it for back aches, leg cramps and for an anti-stress machine! And I'm hoping in the future to see a weight loss added to the benefits. There are adjustable modes and speeds, so you can set it according to how much work out you want. I love the remote control, as that means I don't have to leave my chair to use it. Of course, it comes with a manual control too. They provide two adjustable straps which provide an intense upper body workout when you stand on the machine.
