I leave it plugged in by my recliner and use it for back aches, leg cramps and for an anti-stress machine! And I'm hoping in the future to see a weight loss added to the benefits. There are adjustable modes and speeds, so you can set it according to how much work out you want. I love the remote control, as that means I don't have to leave my chair to use it.
